Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not offered for any products. However, if your order is inaccurate or incorrect based on your order details, we will gladly work you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide the following:
• A description and photos of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number
• The tracking number, if applicable
Once we receive the necessary information, we will review your case and offer a replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please keep the damaged item and packaging in case it needs to be inspected by the carrier for insurance purposes.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, email a picture of the item to ecospherebotanicals@gmail.com. We will send the correct item within 2 business days.
Custom Fees
Custom fees are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday within 5 business days.
During sales, orders may take up to 10 business days to process and ship.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds (If Approved)
If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, the refund will be issued as store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Issues with Your Order
If there is an issue with your order, you must email us at ecospherebotanicals@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. No exceptions. Delays in reporting issues may result in a denial of your claim.
