7. Incorrect Shipping Address

8. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Ecospherebotanicals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide the following:
• A description and photos of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number
• The tracking number, if applicable
Once we receive the necessary information, we will review your case and offer a replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please keep the damaged item and packaging in case it needs to be inspected by the carrier for insurance purposes. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering store credit.

9. Custom Fees & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are assessed by your country’s customs office. If a package is abandoned due to unpaid fees, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
